In July 2004, I have had contact with Clifford Sweet about his
Sweets in Wales. He has sent a photo of his grandparents, Edward &
Annie Sweet, taken in Aberdare in September 1942. He also sends more

After the 1901 census, five more children

Ronald born in Merriott in 1905 (Clifford's father) - the family returned
to Merriott for a short while.

Clifford tells me that Edward died in Aberdare in 1953 and Annie died
in 1954 in London. |
